To get started, please send us an inquiry via the form below. We will then provide you with our Brand Photography Experience guide that will include everything you need to know about our pricing options, additional products, and services.
02. Schedule Your Consultation
The next step is to schedule a complimentary consultation. This will give us a chance to learn about your story and what makes your brand unique. We will speak on the phone or meet virtually with a Zoom video call. Please click here to check our availability.
03. Book Your Shoot
Securing your session is the first step along the wonderful journey of creating a library of strategic images that will help refresh your brand! Once your date is secured, we will provide you with a Welcome Packet that will include tips and suggestions to help you prepare for an exciting experience!
04. Planning Session
Prior to your shoot, we will schedule a more in-depth consultation to learn more about your vision, products and/ or services you offer, and the type of clients you currently serve or would like to reach. During our chat, we will craft your ideal session by discussing your clothing options and choosing the location(s) that matches your story and personality.
05. Photoshoot Day
The moment we've been waiting for! This is the most fun and memorable part of the entire process, when we actually get to create!
06. Gallery Delivery
After your session, we'll get started on the editing process and deliver your full gallery of preview images within 14 days. We'll then schedule a review session and you will make your final image selections. The edited images will be added to your gallery within 10 days.

HOW CAN I USE MY BRAND PHOTOS?
Your brand photos can be used to refresh your website or introduce a new look and feel to your social media posts. Your photos can also be used as part of your marketing strategy by enhancing existing "literature" or any other type of printed pieces used to promote your brand.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
We will post your preview images to a private online gallery within 7 days of your branding session date. Once you have submitted your favorite images for editing, they will be delivered to your gallery in 7 days.
WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE TO THE DIGITAL FILES?
You have the right to reprint digital images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of C. Griffin Photography. Note: the image files will be optimized for printing at our professional lab. For the best results, we recommend purchasing printed products through us.
HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSION?
Please click here to schedule a complimentary consultation. We'd love to talk about your ideas and availability. To retain our services, a non-refundable $250 retainer and signed service agreement will reserve your date.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
We understand things may happen beyond your control. A one-time reschedule is allowed, if you email us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Additional reschedules will require a fee of $75. Please note: The retainer fee and all monies paid are non-refundable. The retainer guarantees that we'll hold the date exclusively for you.
